Job Description
A company is looking for a Nurse Manager, Remote Triage Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage forecasting, scheduling, and staffing adjustments in collaboration with Workforce Management using Calabrio
Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 Registered Nurses, ensuring accountability for performance metrics
Ensure compliance with triage protocols and maintain clinical quality through monitoring and reporting
Required Qualifications
BSN required; MSN or MHA preferred
Active, unrestricted RN license (Compact required)
Minimum 5 years of nurse triage experience and 2-3 years in a Nurse Manager or call center leadership role
Hands-on experience with Calabrio for workforce management in a telehealth environment
Proven success in leading clinical teams in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting
