What You’ll Do as a Registered Nurse: • Provide patient supervision, care treatment coordination, lead patient assessments, and create tailored care plans while addressing and resolving patient concerns. • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs. • Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless care and assist with direct patient needs, including responding to calls and delegation responsibilities. • Act as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues, aiding them with complex patient care challenges. • Celebrate patient successes and achievements throughout their recovery journey.
