Your Role and Impact as a Registered Nurse
• Lead patient assessments, create customized care plans, and respond to patient concerns to ensure exceptional healthcare experiences.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with patients and their families, fostering an understanding of their unique recovery needs.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver coordinated care and provide direct nursing care when necessary.
• Serve as a valuable resource to colleagues, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification required (with ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Ideally, one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
