Your Role as a Registered Nurse: • Supervise patient care and treatments, lead assessments, and tailor care plans based on individual needs. • Build strong relationships with patients and their families, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. • Collaborate effectively with different departments to ensure coordinated care and deliver direct patient care as needed. • Support fellow staff members with complex patient challenges and inquiries. • Celeberate milestones with patients as they progress in their recovery. Essential Qualifications: • Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification is preferred. • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
