As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will be a dedicated advocate for your patients, effectively communicating with the patient, their family, and the hospice care team to ensure a cohesive plan of care. This salaried full-time position requires availability for on-call support after hours, specifically from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM on Monday morning. You will have the full support of our 24/7 RN-staffed Triage Department, as well as your local hospice team. Qualifications: • A genuine passion for serving patients and families • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state registered nurse license • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical nursing setting (hospice experience preferred) • Must have reliable transportation and be physically capable of lifting at least 80-100 lbs and assisting an average adult.
