Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing, planning, coordinating, and executing both direct and indirect nursing care in line with physician orders and the individualized resident care plans. Job Responsibilities: • Administer and accurately document medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by physicians and tailored to each resident’s care plan. • Conduct routine rounds to ensure all residents are in safe, comfortable environments and receiving the care they require. • Supervise and mentor direct care staff, delegating tasks and offering assistance as necessary to ensure high-quality care is delivered. Job Qualifications and Skills: • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN). • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Strong prioritization skills and the capacity to make informed nursing decisions within your scope of practice. • Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire a team.
