Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Outpatient Services team. As an RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting our clinical operations and ensuring an excellent service experience throughout the outpatient continuum.
Shift Availability: Days and Nights
Employment Type: Full Time, Part Time
Hours: 12hr Shifts
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.00*

Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care within the outpatient services setting. Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering safe and effective direct patient care in an outpatient environment.
• Conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and accurately documenting care according to nursing standards.
• Communicating with physicians, the Director of Surgical Services, House Supervisor, and the healthcare team regarding patient conditions, diagnostic results, and treatment plans.
• Responding promptly to changes in patient conditions and supporting emergency interventions.
• Coordinating patient care alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Facilitating patient flow, scheduling, and department organization to ensure an efficient outpatient experience.
• Maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in outpatient care.
• Participating in Performance Improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and mandatory training sessions.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintenance thereafter.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintenance thereafter.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
