Shifts Available: Days and Nights Employment Type: Full Time, Part Time Hours: 12hr Shifts Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.00* As a valued team member, you will receive mentorship and growth opportunities designed to enhance your nursing expertise. Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse, you will: • Provide direct patient care, including clinical monitoring and support. • Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate personalized care plans. • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established nursing standards. • Monitor vital signs, cardiac telemetry, and diagnostic results for your patients. • Communicate any changes in patient condition promptly to physicians and the care team. • Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatments, and discharge processes. • Supervise and support both licensed and unlicensed nursing staff. • Maintain accurate documentation to adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications: Education, Experience, Training: 1. Current and valid state RN License. 2. Current BLS certification upon hire and maintenance of this certification. 3. Preferred: Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire. 4. Previous acute care hospital experience is preferred. 5. Ventilator management experience is a plus. 6.
