Realize Your Vision as a Registered Nurse
• Lead the delivery of care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, customize care plans, and respond to patient concerns to ensure high-quality care.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and their families to enhance their recovery experience.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments to guarantee coordinated patient care, stepping in for direct patient services as needed.
• Act as a resource for fellow staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.

Qualifications
• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
