Your Role as a Registered Nurse: • Lead patient assessments and supervise care while customizing care plans. • Build strong relationships with patients and families to enhance their recovery processes. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all departments for coordinated care. • Support fellow staff members in managing complex patient care situations. • Delight in celebrating the achievements and milestones our patients reach. Qualifications: • Current RN license as per state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification preferred. • A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
