Your Role as a Registered Nurse • Oversee patient care and treatment, lead assessments, customize care plans, and address patient needs to deliver exceptional care. • Foster relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and facilitate recovery. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support as needed. • Act as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with inquiries and complex patient needs. • Celebrate achievements and milestones with our patients. Qualifications • Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification is preferred. • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
