Your Role as a Registered Nurse • Oversee patient care and treatment, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient needs to deliver exceptional support. • Establish meaningful connections with patients and families, understanding their unique recovery goals. • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care and provide hands-on patient care as necessary. • Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries. • Celebrate and recognize the achievements and milestones of our patients. Qualifications • Valid RN licensure in accordance with state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification is a plus. • A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
