Your Role as a Registered Nurse
• Lead patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, and address patient needs with exceptional care.
• Build trust and meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique recovery needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care, and provide direct patient support as needed.
• Serve as a valuable resource and mentor for team members navigating complex patient cases.
• Celeberate patient victories and milestones along their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications
• Valid RN license as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Preferred one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
