Your Role as a Registered Nurse • Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to enhance their recovery. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. • Provide direct patient care when necessary and serve as a valuable resource for fellow team members facing complex patient needs. • Celebrate the achievements and milestones reached by our patients. Qualifications: • Valid RN licensure as per state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification is preferred. • A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
