Elevate Your Role as a Registered Nurse • Oversee patient care and treatments, lead assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure exceptional care. • Create meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their individual needs for effective recovery. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care tailored to each patient. • Act as a resource for colleagues by supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. • Celebrate and recognize the victories and progress each patient achieves. Qualifications for Success • Valid RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification preferred. • A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
