Your Role as a Registered Nurse • Oversee care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, and address patient concerns for the highest level of care. • Build strong relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to enhance recovery. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care as needed. • Serve as a resource for fellow staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries. • Celebrate patient achievements and milestones. Qualifications • Valid RN license as required by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification preferred. • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
