Make an Impact as a Registered Nurse • Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, customize care plans, and respond to patient inquiries to ensure outstanding care. • Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to enhance recovery. • Collaborate effectively with various departments for coordinated care, delivering direct patient care as necessary. • Be a resource for fellow staff members, assisting with complex cases and patient needs. • Celebrate and acknowledge the milestones achieved by our patients. Qualifications • Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS is preferred). • CRRN certification is a plus. • Preferred one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
