Realize Your Vision as a Registered Nurse

In this role, you will:
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor individualized care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional support.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery journey.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when necessary.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient inquiries and needs.
• Celeberate the victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

Qualifications
• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
