Your Role as a Registered Nurse • Lead patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, and supervise care and treatments to ensure exceptional patient experiences. • Build strong, meaningful relationships with patients and their families by understanding their unique needs and support their recovery journey. • Collaborate effectively with various departments to provide coordinated care and offer direct patient care when necessary. • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues, assisting with complex patient needs and questions. • Celebrate and acknowledge the milestones and victories achieved by our patients. Qualifications • Valid RN license according to state regulations. • CPR certification required (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification is preferred. • A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
