Realize Your Vision as a Registered Nurse • Lead and supervise the delivery of care and treatments, lead patient assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to enhance care quality. • Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their individual needs to facilitate recovery. • Effectively communicate with various teams to ensure cohesive patient care and provide direct care as required. • Be a support and resource for fellow staff members handling intricate patient care needs and inquiries. • Honor and celebrate the milestones achieved by our patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications • Current RN license as mandated by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification preferred. • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred.
