Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality care by adhering to the standards set by physicians.
• Provide in-home care to patients, catering to their specific needs.
• Document clinical notes meticulously for the clinical record.
• Carry out assigned tasks, including administering treatments, medications, and assessments of overall health.

Qualifications:
• Licensed and registered as a nurse.
