Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse
• Lead patient assessments, supervise care and treatments, craft personalized care plans, and address any concerns to deliver outstanding care.
• Establish meaningful relationships with patients and their families to better understand their specific recovery needs.
• Communicate and collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive care delivery and provide direct patient care when required.
• Support colleagues by sharing expertise, especially in complex patient scenarios.
• Celebrate the achievements and milestones of our patients along their recovery journey.
Qualifications
• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required (ACLS certification is preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
