Your expertise will be instrumental in managing complex medical situations and ensuring the highest standards of care are met. • Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population with a 2:1 RN to patient ratio • Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records management • Demonstrate proficiency in arterial line management, IV drips, ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vaso pressures • Possess charge and preceptor abilities to support team development • Float to PCU as needed to support patient care needs • Maintain compliance with all medical and occupational health requirements • COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) • Must have a New Hampshire RN license or Compact license • Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required • Must have own vehicle for transportation needs Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
