As a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown unit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs. You will utilize your expertise to assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your patients. • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and patient education • Regularly assess patient needs and deliver skilled nursing services as prescribed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish patient goals and outcomes • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations • Delegate and oversee tasks performed by support staff Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a Neuro PCU setting • Recent travel work history is highly preferred • Active Michigan RN license • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications • NIHSS Certification • Available to work every other weekend and holiday Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
