As a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients transitioning from ICU-level care. Your expertise will be vital in managing patients with noninvasive ventilation, administering antiarrhythmic IV medications, and addressing peripheral vascular compromise. Flexibility is key, as you may also float to Med/Surg or ER when needed. • Provide comprehensive care to Stepdown patients, including those recovering from cardiothoracic surgery • Administer and monitor antiarrhythmic IV medications • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Float to Med/Surg or ER to assist with CVCU/Med Surg holds as required • Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including working 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule • Hold current ACLS and NIHSS certifications • Possess an active Oklahoma state nursing license • COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
