Position: Registered Nurse
Department: ICU and ED
Pay: $1050.00 to $1190.00 gross per shift
Assignment Length: 4 Weeks
Schedule: 12 hours
Shifts Available: Days and Nights
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care following established standards and protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, responding swiftly to changes in patient condition.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians regarding patient status and treatment responses.
• Provide education to patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulated standards to ensure quality care.
Qualifications:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification required.
• ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• At least 1 year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital or critical care setting required.
Emergency Services (ED)
• Current and valid RN License.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital ER is required.
• BCLS and ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• EDAP and EDAP II certifications required.

Compensation:
Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation for this role. Our compensation range is $75.00 to $85.00 per hour, specifically for California, and not adjusted for other locations. The exact starting compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on your skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
