Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive care to ICU patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing complex cases involving ventilators and titratable medications. • Utilize critical care competencies including restraint management and advanced monitoring technology. • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. • Adhere to unit guidelines, including wearing designated royal blue scrubs. • Participate in weekend and on-call shifts as part of the staffing plan. • Maintain professional certifications and complete unit-required training.
