Job Description
An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide high-quality clinical nursing care in a hospital setting. The role reports to the Nurse Manager or Director and involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate and revise plans of care
• Utilize organizational policies, procedures, and standards in daily nursing practice
• Organize and prioritize patient care; recognize and respond to complex care issues
• Participate in unit goals, performance improvement, and promote cost-effective care
• Foster relationships with patients and families to encourage advocacy and discharge planning readiness
• Engage in ongoing professional development and educate peers as needed
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
• Valid RN license with ICU clinical experience
• Ability to provide patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Commitment to professional growth and patient advocacy
• Familiarity with current nursing standards and healthcare regulations
