Job Description
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Valid RN licensure with experience in Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) or ICU settings
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to rapidly changing clinical demands
• Competency in electronic medical records and basic computer applications
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in patient emergency situations
• Commitment to regular, consistent attendance and punctuality

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for IMCU patients
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in compliance with regulations
• Respond promptly and effectively to patient crises and emergencies
