Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse experienced in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings to provide high-quality patient care on a night shift schedule. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment supporting various inpatient areas with comprehensive nursing responsibilities. Schedule and Hours: • Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. • Every other weekend and holiday rotation required Key Responsibilities: • Deliver critical nursing care in ICU, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical units supporting patient recovery and well-being • Maintain patient safety and care quality with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 to 6 • Float between inpatient areas within the hospital system, including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units, as needed • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Monitor patient status continuously and respond appropriately to emergencies Qualifications: • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU experience • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-acuity care settings • Ability to adapt to floating requirements across various inpatient units • Excellent communication and teamwork skills This contract opportunity is ideal for nurses seeking to expand their critical care expertise with a flexible schedule that includes night hours and rotating weekends and holidays.
