Critical Care Registered Nurse - Edison, New Jersey in Clyde, NJ

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with specialized skills in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings to support a healthcare facility in Edison, NJ. This contract position requires a dedicated professional comfortable with providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice with current credentials
• Strong background in ICU nursing, specifically with NICU experience
• Recent acute in-hospital nursing experience is preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification mandatory
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team

Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and manage medical equipment as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to design and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and report changes promptly to the medical team
• Provide compassionate support and education to families during their child’s hospital stay

Schedule:
• 12-hour day shifts, supporting consistent coverage and patient care continuity
