Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care to contribute to critical care excellence in Gardendale, TX. This contract role offers a chance to work within a fast-paced medical environment supporting patients with complex needs.

Schedule
• Night shifts
• Four 12-hour shifts per week (18:30 - 07:00)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Float between Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Emergency Room, and Critical Care holds as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and respond to patient status changes promptly and accurately
• Maintain compliance with updated clinical protocols and safety standards
Qualifications and Certifications
• Active RN license with ICU nursing experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC or TCAR, NIH Stroke Scale
• Completion of 6 hours of stroke education (provided if needed)
• EKG course completion (provided if needed)
• Ability and willingness to float across multiple units to meet changing patient care needs
