• Monitor and care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit during night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Administer treatments and medications while observing patients closely for changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Provide patient and family education and support during critical care episodes.

Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Permanent address located at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Ability to work night shifts with alternating weekends.
