Qualifications and Desired Experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Preferred experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Centers
• Familiarity with Cardiothoracic Surgery (CTS) and Neurology patients
• Certification in TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient-centered care
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments as necessary
• Assist with floating duties to Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit as needed
• Participate in scheduled weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations based on census and staffing
Schedule/Hours
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every third weekend and holiday coverage required

• Orientation includes a two-day hospital-specific program and department introduction

• Bi-weekly pay schedule
