Job Description
An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide critical care services in a 10-bed unit dedicated to adolescent through geriatric patients at a Level III Trauma center. This contract position is located in Keene, NH, and involves a 2:1 RN-to-patient ratio, ensuring close patient monitoring and care in a dynamic clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, prioritizing assessment, intervention, and evaluation within the ICU.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
Desired Qualifications:
• Current and valid RN license with ICU experience.
• Must hold a New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate prior to consideration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage care for an adolescent to geriatric patient population.
• Proficiency in handling trauma and critical care cases.
• Flexibility to work the scheduled contract duration without requesting additional time off beyond the initial submission (no more than 5 days allowed).
Schedule/Hours:
• The assignment involves consistent scheduling as determined by the facility; block scheduling and schedule accommodations will not be accommodated.
