Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, utilizing clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Respond effectively to emergency situations, including potential deployment as part of an Emergency Team during critical events. • Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic electronic medical records. • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and professional certifications. Qualifications and Experience: • Valid RN license with at least 1 year of ICU experience preferred; 1st time travel nurses are welcome. • Current BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and CPI certifications required. • Proficiency in Epic electronic health record system essential. • Ability to work the night shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (18:45 - 07:15). • Flexibility to respond to unforeseen emergency assignments as directed by unit management. • Strong clinical and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
