Position Summary:
You will coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care efficiently and accurately, ensuring the best outcomes for your patients.
Position Requirements:
• Hold a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
• Active nursing license in the State of Tennessee.
• Obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• For critical care, obtain Basic Arrhythmia certification and ACLS within 6 months of hire; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) within the same period, and AACN, CCRN, or CCP certification within two years.

Our critical care unit caters to a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to seniors. You will work in a fast-paced environment, proficiently using standard patient care equipment, while being adaptable to various situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of all patients upon admission.
• Develop individualized care plans based on identified patient needs.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
