Responsibilities: • Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU using evidence-based nursing practices. • Monitor and respond to patients’ complex medical conditions with proficiency. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Administer medications, treatments, and mechanical ventilator support as needed. • Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate critical changes promptly. Required Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited nursing program. • Registered Nurse license in the state of California. • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. • Minimum of 1 year full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience within the last 3 years. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field. • Two years of recent ICU experience. • NIH Stroke Scale certification. • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) credential. • Experience with Dialysis, Sustained Low-Efficiency Dialysis (SLED), or equivalent preferred.
