Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse will coordinate and deliver quality, patient-centric care based on departmental needs and best practices. The role requires collaboration with medical professionals to provide personalized care while advocating for patients and their families.
• Carry out procedures and monitor patients as directed by medical providers, documenting care accurately.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring clear communication.
• Discuss lifestyle changes and support self-management for ongoing care.
• Implement evidence-based practices for continuous improvement in patient care quality.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to customize comprehensive treatment plans that support recovery.
What qualifications you will need:
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree; BSN required with enrollment within 12 months and completion within 24 months.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Critical Care or ICU settings.
