• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Maintain documentation following regulatory standards and facility policies.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU specialization.
• Proven experience in critical care nursing, preferably in ICU settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Capability to respond promptly to emergencies and changing patient conditions.
• CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
