Job Description
Shift Detail: 36 hours per week, permanent night shift with every other weekend and holiday.

This position is located in our Bliss 11 ICU, a 16-bed Medicine Intensive Care Unit dedicated to caring for patients facing complex and acute medical conditions. Our team utilizes advanced technologies, including CRRT and ECMO, to treat various critical issues like respiratory failure, kidney injury, sepsis, and more. Our unit operates 24/7 under the supervision of a Critical Care Pulmonologist, staffed by a skilled team of Physician Assistants and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.

Qualifications
• Current Connecticut RN License.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN Required).
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association mandatory prior to hire.
• Minimum one year of acute care RN experience preferred.
• Experienced RNs with an ADN/ASN who are in pursuit of a BSN or MSN may be considered in exceptional cases.
• Graduate Nurses are highly encouraged to apply through the Critical Care Graduate Nurse Program.
