Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Darbydale, OH

**Overview:**
Mount Carmel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Critical Care RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:**
• Provide nursing care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement a plan of care that includes physical, spiritual, and educational components
• Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients, utilizing evidence-based practice
• Accurately communicate pertinent information to appropriate team members in a timely manner
• Document accurately and completely pertinent assessments, interventions, and outcomes for patients in accordance with documentation standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Assume responsibility and accountability for care provided and documented by other licensed and unlicensed care givers as appropriate
• *Qualifications:**
• Education: Graduate from a school of nursing
• Licensure/Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
• For Casual RNs, 2 years of experience is required
• All new graduate nurses with less than one (1) year of clinical experience are subject to participate and will be automatically enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program
