Critical Care Registered Nurse - San Francisco, California in Daly City, CA

Responsibilities Include
• Delivering patient-centered care across a 19-bed mixed ICU specializing in neurology, medical, trauma, vascular, and cardiothoracic cases.
• Floating between the ICU and Progressive Medical Care Unit (PMCU), maintaining a 3:1 patient ratio.
• Utilizing Epic electronic health record system, demonstrating proficiency required to pass the Epic pre-assessment test.
• Responding to facility needs including up to 36 hours of call-off availability during the assignment period.

Qualifications
• Current California RN license required.
• Minimum one year of Epic system experience within the past year.
• Prior critical care nursing experience, ideally with trauma nursing certification (TNCC) preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a floating role between ICU and step-down settings.
