Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification • Minimum of 1 year recent full-time ICU nursing experience within the past 3 years • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field • Preferred: Two years recent ICU experience • Preferred: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification • Preferred: NIH Stroke Scale Certificate • Preferred: Experience with Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent modalities Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive intensive care nursing to critically ill patients • Monitor patient conditions, interpret data, and adjust care plans accordingly • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes • Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and provide patient education • Maintain accurate, timely documentation adhering to regulatory and facility standards Location Overview San Mateo, CA offers a blend of urban convenience and natural beauty, situated near the San Francisco Bay and Silicon Valley.
