Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-level nursing care to patients with critical conditions such as STEMI, hypertensive crises, and post-operative care for cardiac and vascular surgeries. • Utilize advanced skills including TEE, bedside bronchoscopy, targeted temperature management (TTM), and ECMO support. • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to monitor and manage patient care plans effectively. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner electronic medical records. • Provide support by floating across critical care units as needed, adapting to various patient acuity levels. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Registered Nurse with active licensure. • Current BLS and ACLS certification required. • Experience in ICU nursing, specifically cardiovascular or critical care preferred. • Proficient in advanced clinical procedures including TEE and ECMO. • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced critical care settings.
