Critical Care Registered Nurse in Tennessee Ridge, TN

Your expertise will be invaluable in managing life-threatening conditions and supporting advanced medical needs. • Available Shifts: Day, Night, and Mid Shift • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem • Employer Features: 401(K), Cross training, Life Insurance, Medical benefits, Sign-on bonus, PTO Qualifications: • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher • Active and unencumbered RN license • 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred • ACLS certification is a plus • Ability to work effectively under stress • Familiarity with advanced medical equipment and procedures • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities: • Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and physiological parameters, and provide appropriate care • Monitor critically ill patients and manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring • Partake in rapid response and emergency situations effectively • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to create and implement care plans • Educate patients and their families about conditions and care plans.
