A clinical opportunity is available for a registered nurse with expertise in intensive care to support critical care units in the Waukesha, WI area. This position offers a contract arrangement, providing flexibility and the chance to work across various specialized ICUs. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care in the cardiovascular and neurological intensive care units, with patient assignments tailored to individual skill sets. Experience in CVICU and Neuro ICU is preferred but not mandatory, as support will be provided for ongoing clinical development. The role also involves periodic floating to Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, or Med/Surg/IMC units as patient care demands require, as well as occasional floating to nearby sites within a 40-mile radius.
