Job Description
Shift: 7am-7:30pm; 11a-11:30p; rotating weekends, rotating holidays
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with qualifying experience

Primary Patient Population:
• Stroke Rehabilitation
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
• Conducting neurological assessments
• Implementing adaptive ADLs
• Providing transfer and mobility training
• Educating patients and families about rehabilitation
Collaborative Team:
• Work alongside LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers/Case Management, Respiratory Therapy, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Art & Music Therapy, and Dieticians
Unit Capacity: 14 beds

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certifications recognized by the Magnet Association
