As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will:
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop personalized care plans for patients, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and recovery processes.
• Promote evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to manage holistic treatment plans, focusing on patient recovery and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
