We are looking for a dedicated RN to lead and mentor in our Stepdown/Critical Care Unit. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and shaping the future of nursing, we want you on our night shift team!

Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Full-time night shift from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM
• Self-scheduling: Enjoy the flexibility of self-scheduling with manager review
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend is required
• Holiday Rotation: Participation is necessary
• No On-Call Requirements: Focus solely on patient care with no on-call duties
• Sign-On Bonus: Available for eligible external candidates

Your Expertise is Valued: In this vital role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients requiring complex assessments and interventions. Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to gather relevant data about patients
• Analyzing information to determine care needs
• Creating and implementing effective care plans
• Evaluating progress toward patient goals
• Maintaining high standards of nursing practice and updating skills as necessary

Education and Experience:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; no previous experience required

Licences and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) preferred

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively throughout shifts
• Occasional lifting of patients and equipment
